Fashion has always been my first love—an instinctive, joyful form of self-expression that I’ve carried with me through every stage of life. While I spent over a decade thriving in New York City’s fast-paced fintech world, it was in fashion where I truly came alive. From blogging and curating looks to organizing photoshoots and collaborating with fellow creators, models, and labels, I found myself continually drawn back to the world of style.

 

Over time, it became clear that fashion wasn’t just a passion—it was my calling. I envisioned a space where I could channel my eye for style and love for storytelling into something tangible, and that vision became Soleil et Étoiles.

 

The name, French for Sun and Stars, pays homage to the birthplace of haute couture—Paris, the undisputed fashion capital of the world. French fashion evokes everything I adore: timeless femininity, a touch of whimsy, luxurious textures, and effortless sophistication. These are the qualities I strive to embody with every piece for the brand—elevated staples that feel both special and wearable.

 

But the name holds deeper meaning, too. The "Étoiles" (stars) represent my hope that everyone who wears Seé feels seen—like a star, radiant in their individuality. The "Soleil" (sun) symbolizes warmth, brightness, and joy—qualities that deeply resonate with me and the energy I hope the brand brings to your wardrobe and your life. It is also a quiet tribute to someone dear who has always been a source of light and strength —my husband, Sanjay, a beautiful and symbolic anchor in this journey.

 

Soleil et Étoiles is more than a clothing brand—it’s an expression of passion, a celebration of self-reinvention, and an invitation to dress like the brightest version of yourself. It’s my way of helping you step into the spotlight—feeling confident, radiant, and entirely your own.
